We think Steve is exactly what you should want in the guy who thinks up your strategies and writes your stuff. A devoté of “evidence-based” marketing, he built his career on knowing marketing tactics that sell from those that just entertain.
   Steve opened the RESPONSE Agency in 2004. He has received national recognition for his outrageous direct mail and other work. His articles have been published internationally, and he is the author of the book Prove It Before You Promote It: How to Take the Guesswork Out of Marketing.
   In his spare time, Steve enjoys reading, writing, cycling, forcing people to look at photos of his grandkids, and spending quality time with his grand piano.

Having led a national company in manufacturing and technology sales, Joe is one of those unusual agency guys who actually sold for a living before going into the advertising business. He hasn’t forgotten that the purpose of marketing and advertising programs is to create sales. That commitment makes him both a brilliant strategic thinker—and a stickler for meeting client needs and deadlines.
   Orginally from western New York, Joe and his family have lived in Salt Lake City for over 20 years. In his spare time, he enjoys symphony concerts, golfing, camping and geocaching.
